Amendment Prospectus Directive
Sunday 9 January 2011As of December 31, 2010 the EU Directive regarding the amendment of the Prospectus Directive and the Transperency Directive has come into force. The amendment aims to simplify and enhance the existing Directives and increase the competitiveness of the EU. The amendment Directive is to be incorporated in national legislation before Juli 2012
