Mr. Abrehart has concentrated his tax advice practice on large and mid-market multinationals in Europe. He has been advising on the UK corporate tax issues arising from UK inbound investment. He has also been advising clients on Global Transfer Pricing and related International tax issues.

Experience

• Counseling clients through establishment and reorganization of business in the UK. This includes debt financing issues
• Advising on permanent establishment issues including the attribution of profits
• Assisting a diverse range of clients with setting their global transfer pricing policies and documenting those policies
• Supporting clients through transfer pricing audits
• Advising on thin capitalization and transfer pricing issues relating to debt finance
