Mr. van den Heuvel has concentrated his tax advice practice on complex business transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, private equity and venture capital investments, formation of private equity funds, and debt and equity restructurings. In his practice Mr. van den Heuvel regularly advises U.S. multinationals & EU based public and private corporations and investors.
